The fee information outlined below applies to patients enrolled with our practice through Pegasus Health. Fees differ depending on the age group, as government subsidies vary by age. Payments & Fees
Payment is due on the day of your appointment, service, or prescription request.
Late payments will incur a $5 administration fee. Missed or late-cancelled appointments (within 2 hours) will be charged $25. All prescriptions, including monthly repeats, are charged at the standard prescription rate of $20, Urgent Scripts at $25.
